Saesol Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the CryptoBot - Alerts mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: Email address and display name when you create an account via email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
Portfolio Data: Cryptocurrency holdings and watchlist data you choose to track within the App.
Alert Configuration: Price alert rules and notification preferences you set up.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (FCM token) for push notification delivery.
Usage Data: App interaction data, feature usage patterns, and crash reports collected via Firebase Analytics.
Advertising Identifiers: With your consent (via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS), we may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages viewed for security and diagnostic purposes.

Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
Authenticate users and manage accounts
Deliver push notifications for price alerts and market conditions
Provide portfolio tracking and analysis features
Process and manage subscription purchases
Display advertisements (personalized ads with your consent, or contextual ads without)

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your advertising identifier for personalized ads.

If you allow tracking: You may see personalized ads based on your interests and activity.
If you deny tracking: You will see contextual (non-personalized) ads that are not based on your activity or interests.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Google AdMob uses technologies including SKAdNetwork for ad attribution without identifying individual users. A list of ad network identifiers used is included in the App's configuration.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
User credentials are managed through secure Firebase Authentication
Passwords are never stored in plain text
We do not store payment or credit card information directly — all payment processing is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store through RevenueCat
Database access is restricted and monitored

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the following methods:

In-App: Go to Profile > Delete Account
Email: Send a request to support@saesollabs.com

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account information (email, name)
Alert rules and notification settings
Portfolio and watchlist data
Subscription records (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play)

Data deletion is processed immediately upon request. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including the Republic of Korea and the United States, where our servers and third-party service providers are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: Request deletion of your data
Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
Opt-out: Opt-out of personalized advertising via ATT settings

For California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

For European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your personal data includes: your consent (for tracking and personalized ads), performance of a contract (for providing the service), and legitimate interests (for analytics and security).

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
